Processing and Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped from our NYC location 
  • Please allow 24 hours for processing time 
  • If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday as we do not ship on weekends or holidays 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS 

Edible Image Order

We will print files as they are sent in. If file needs editing or photoshop, we will contact you for approval before printing and shipping. 

Please make sure all files attached to your edible image order are correct before submitting 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has been scanned by the shipping provider 
  • All packages will have a tracking and fully insured 
  • If your order is lost or stolen we will assist in filling a claim with USPS. Please contact us immediately for further assistance 
  • Please confirm your full address is correct before submitting your order 

Returns & Exchanges 

  • Due to the nature of baking supply items, all sales are final! 

  • If your order was damaged during transit please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item inside the box with the shipping label present.
