
Production Time
Please allow a minimum of 5 days for the production of most custom items, such as acrylics and figurines. If you require expedited service, a rush fee will be added to your order. For orders submitted less than 5 days before its due date, a $10 rush fee will apply, while a $15 fee will be charged for same-day requests. Orders placed after 6 PM will begin production on the following business day. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion.
A mock up/ draft will be sent to you for approval prior to production. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Rush Fee
All orders submitted within five days of the due date will be subject to a $10 rush fee. This fee may be waived at our discretion. Please note that all orders must be pre-paid before production can commence. We will not create files or mock-ups until the order has been fully paid. We accept all major credit cards.
Returns
All sales are final. Custom items, including acrylics, figurines, or any other toppers, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. We are here to assist you!

Pick Up/ Shipping
Uber Pick Up: Kindly provide the Uber vehicle's license plate number, make, and color. Additionally, please share our contact number with the driver to ensure a seamless handoff. Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping, with a $15 fee for 2-day delivery in NYC for small packages.
Please note, we cannot be held accountable for any Uber orders that are canceled for any reason. It is essential to inform us 5-10 minutes before the scheduled arrival. Please wait for a confirmation before sending an Uber/ Lyft driver.
Shipped orders that are delayed due to carrier issues cannot be refunded.
Final Sale Policy
All sales made at Royale Sweets are considered final. This means that once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selections before finalizing their purchases.
Exceptions to the Final Sale
Although all sales are final, there are exceptional cases as outlined below:

Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Royale Sweets within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and order details to initiate a review process.

Incorrect Orders: In instances where the wrong product is delivered, customers must notify Royale Sweets within 48 hours with relevant details for a speedy resolution.
Shipping Policy

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged packages. No refunds or replacements will be issued. Claims for damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier directly.
- Tracking information will be provided and emailed when available.
- In the instance where you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email us immediately.
